FAQ

I ordered a product with Dropp delivery, what happens now?

Your order will be collected and, depending on your chosen method of delivery, will be sent out with the first opportunity available. Generally speaking, that is before 3 o’ clock on working days. When the package is processed by Dropp, you will receive a message from them when you can expect the package to arrive.

What delivery options do you have?

We are connected to Dropp and follow their delivery methods. You can choose home delivery or picking up your order at a Dropp pick up point. In both cases, we offer same day delivery for orders is made before 11.00 on a working day. If the order is made after 11.00, we won’t have time to deliver it to Dropp in time for same day delivery but we will send it the next working day.

Depending on location, delivery method, and the weight of your order, delivery costs may vary:

  • For pick up at a Dropp pick up point in the capital area (up to 10kg) the price is 790 kr.
  • For pick up at a Dropp pick up point in other areas (up to 10kg) the price is 990 kr.
  • For home delivery in the capital area (up to 10kg) the price is 1.350 kr.
  • For home delivery in South West Iceland (up to 10kg) the price is 1.450 kr.

We also offer local pick-up. In that case we contact you after the order is made and agree on a suitable time and day to pick up your order. If you want to know about the options before making the order, just contact us and we will work something out.

The product is the wrong size, how can I return the product?

If the product is unused (except for the actions necessary to try the size) and packaging is intact, you can return the package within 14 days of purchase, in the original package using Dropp (if that was your delivery method), or arrange a time with me to return it in person. Just send an e-mail to returns@fint.is to inform me of the return.

Can I try the product before buying?

Send us an e-mail with the product you would like to try, and we will find a moment when you can drop by our office and try it. If you decide to buy the product, you can transfer the money digitally on the spot.

Do you have gift-vouchers?

Yes, we do! You can order one by sending us an e-mail; we will then setup a special discount code connected to someone’s name.
