Shipping and returns
Shipping
In general, we will ship your order within 1-2 working days of an order being completed. Our delivery partner Dropp can deliver straight to your door, or you can choose to pick up your order at one of over 70 Dropp pick up points all across Iceland.
Alternatively, you can pick your order up in person. While we don’t have a physical shop, you can make an appointment to pick up your order at Urðarstígur 3, 101 Reykjavík. You can add your preferred time to pick up your order in the order notes field during check out, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to make an appointment.
Please note that an order is only considered to be completed once we have received payment. During check-out, you can choose either to pay directly online using a card, or to pay with a bank transfer. If you choose to pay with a bank transfer, we will reserve your selected products for up to 48 hours awaiting your completion of the order.
Returns
You can return your purchase within 14 days of your order and get a full refund. If 14 days have passed since you completed and paid for your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Alternatively, you can contact us if you want to return your purchase in person. While we don’t have a physical shop, you can make an appointment to deliver your return to us at Urðarstígur 3, 101 Reykjavík, by sending an e-mail to fint@fint.is or using our contact form.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
There are certain situations where we are not able to issue refunds:
- We cannot refund items bought for a discounted price during a sale
- We cannot refund any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- We cannot refund any item that is returned more than 14 days it was ordered
If your refund has not yet arrived, first check your bank account again. If you are unable to see the refund there, contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by sending an e-mail to fint@fint.is or using our contact form.
Exchanges
Did you buy the wrong size? The colour isn’t right? We are very happy to help you exchange your purchase for a different product which better fits your needs. The easiest way to do this is simply to return your product as described above, for which you will receive a refund, and order the correct product on our website.
